We work with a diverse patient group from those in the leafy suburbs of Plymouth to those living in the inner city with significant deprivation related ill health.  We have a spectrum of patients from the very young to those living with frailty in their own homes and care environments.  We are truly passionate about ensuring equitable and high quality care for all.

We are dedicated to going above and beyond “core general practice” and have experience and success in bidding for new contracts to help us deliver “primary care plus” services in the remits of chronic pain, functional illness and frailty.  We are always interested in offering our patients better care closer to home and we are open to people who just want to come and do the core job or people who want to come with an agenda to deliver new and innovative health care – even if they are not from a traditional general practice background.  We are keen to share our experience and successes with others so if we cannot find you the right job in our organisation we can help signpost you to some of our neighbouring organisations with whom we have close links.
